Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident buying Spatz SEO. Every plan is backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee — if it isn’t right for you, we’ll refund you. This page explains exactly how that works.

What’s eligible

The guarantee applies to your purchase of any Spatz SEO license — Solo, Studio, or Agency. You can request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of the purchase date. The same 14-day window applies to renewals, so if a license renewed unexpectedly, just let us know and we’ll sort it out. You can also manage or cancel future renewals anytime from your account dashboard.

What isn’t eligible

A few situations fall outside the guarantee:

• Requests made more than 14 days after the purchase or renewal date.
• Repeated refund-and-repurchase activity, or refunds requested after extended ongoing use of the plugin well beyond a reasonable evaluation.
• Purchases flagged as fraudulent or made in breach of our Terms.

We review every request fairly, and if we ever can’t approve one, we’ll tell you why.

AI usage is billed by Anthropic, not us

Spatz SEO runs on your own Anthropic API key, and Anthropic bills you directly for the AI calls the plugin makes. We never charge you for AI usage and never see your key. Because of that, a refund from us covers your Spatz SEO license fee only — any amounts you’ve paid to Anthropic are between you and Anthropic and aren’t something we’re able to refund. You can set a daily spend cap inside the plugin to keep those costs predictable.

How to request a refund

Open a support ticket within 14 days and include:

• The email address you used at checkout.
• Your order number or license key.
• A quick note on what went wrong — optional, but it helps us improve.

We aim to reply within 1–2 business days.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once we process a refund — usually within 3 business days of approving it — it typically takes a further 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.

Your license after a refund

When a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated, and updates and support for that license end. We ask that you uninstall Spatz SEO from your site or sites once your refund has been processed.

Chargebacks

If something’s wrong with your order, please reach out before opening a chargeback — we can almost always resolve it faster directly. Licenses associated with a chargeback or payment dispute may be deactivated.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. Where local law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version, and changes apply to purchases made after that date.
